Dear all, We are delighted to announce that registration and abstract submission is now open for the 2nd International Symposium on Functional Renal Imaging: Where Physiology, Nephrology, Radiology and Physics Meet on 11 – 13 October 2017 in Berlin, Germany. This symposium is a continuation of the highly successful 1st meeting in Bordeaux, organized in 2015 by Nicolas Grenier and Steven Sourbron. The 2nd international symposium will also be instrumental to build a renal MRI community, and is co-organized by the European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST) action 'MRI Biomarkers for Chronic Kidney Disease' (PARENCHIMA, CA16103). We have tailored this symposium to attract basic scientists, clinical scientists and clinicians from physiology, nephrology, radiology, internal medicine and related fields, as well as experts in imaging sciences and physics. During the symposium there will be several power poster sessions that will give participants the opportunity to showcase their work in 3-minute oral presentations.
