IUPESM’s First Virtual Global Town Hall findet statt am 5. Oktober 2023 in der Zeit von 12:00 -1:00 pm GMT.

"The International Union of Physical and Engineering Sciences in Medicine (IUPESM) was established in 1980 and has been organizing the World Congress on Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering every three years since 1982. International Organization for Medical Physics (IOMP) and International Federation for Medical and Biological Engineering (IFMBE) are both constituent organizations of IUPESM. The outgoing Presidents of these two organizations by turn, take up Presidency of IUPESM. Other members of the Administrative Council of IUPESM also primarily come from IOMP and IFMBE, thus making IUPESM an umbrella organization. Health and Technology journal is jointly published by Springer and the IUPESM in cooperation with the World Health Organization. The purpose of this Town Hall is to create awareness about the structure and function of IUPESM and its various Committees and Task Groups."
